THE CITY / THE PHASE / THE PACKAGE / THE DRAWING KEY
Know what the number means.
A number can refer to a whole-city count, a work area or a key inside one drawing. A work package is one contractor’s part of the job. Knowing which kind of number you have helps you understand what belongs where.
Reviewed 15 October 2026 · six readings · no approved precinct-ID register
The original city diagram stays intact. The text lanes below it describe separate source relationships; they do not locate work sites.
City framework
17 city precincts
Modon describes seventeen precincts and names Wadi Yemm as its first launch.
This is a city-wide count. It does not give Wadi a precinct number or supply an approved list of the other sixteen names.
When you use the map
Wadi is named on the public diagram. The other shapes remain individually unidentified here.

On page 21, the supplied Boulevard brochure uses key 1 for Boulevard. The supplied Wadi East brochure uses key 14 for Boulevard.
These are keys inside two separate drawings. Neither is Boulevard’s city precinct number, and their difference alone does not prove a change on the ground.
When you use the map
Use the original legend with its own drawing. Do not move the point or number from one edition to another.

CCC’s own Active project view includes Ras El Hekma basement works in its Egypt list.
This is CCC’s classification, not an independent site inspection. Its entry does not identify Phase 1A or Area 2, define a boundary or confirm completion.
When you use the map
Read it alongside the separate Rowad and WTD descriptions, while keeping the different scope wording visible.
