HEKMA / SAVED CITY NUMBER KEY

Original city diagram, six scope readings, four home checks and two exports. Source dates and unknowns stay with this copy.

THE CITY / THE PHASE / THE PACKAGE / THE DRAWING KEY

Know what
the number means.

A number can refer to a whole-city count, a work area or a key inside one drawing. A work package is one contractor’s part of the job. Knowing which kind of number you have helps you understand what belongs where.

City framework

17 city precincts

Modon describes seventeen precincts and names Wadi Yemm as its first launch.

This is a city-wide count. It does not give Wadi a precinct number or supply an approved list of the other sixteen names.

When you use the map

Wadi is named on the public diagram. The other shapes remain individually unidentified here.

Work-phase and area labels

Phase 1A / Area 2

WTD describes structural works for Area 2 at Wadi Yemm within Phase 1A, working with CCC and Rowad.

Area 2 is not city precinct 2. This post does not define the rest of Phase 1A or identify a buyer’s collection or home.

When you use the map

Keep the area off the geographic map until an accepted location or boundary is available.

Wadi Yemm–M1 / DP04

ACC’s July 2026 article names DP04 within Wadi Yemm–M1 and describes villas, a clubhouse and associated works.

No match between M1 and Phase 1A is verified. DP04 is not city precinct 4, and the award is not completion of Wadi.

When you use the map

The package has no accepted boundary in this guide. Do not colour a whole precinct as complete.

Package named in a press report

DP03 East

The 29 September Daily News Egypt report names Innovo Build–Redcon and a DP03 East package at Wadi Yemm.

A direct developer or consortium award document has not been verified here. “East” does not establish a match to the sales collection Wadi East.

When you use the map

Do not place this package on the Wadi East brochure just because both names contain East.

Numbers in brochure legends

Boulevard: key 1 or key 14

On page 21, the supplied Boulevard brochure uses key 1 for Boulevard. The supplied Wadi East brochure uses key 14 for Boulevard.

These are keys inside two separate drawings. Neither is Boulevard’s city precinct number, and their difference alone does not prove a change on the ground.

When you use the map

Use the original legend with its own drawing. Do not move the point or number from one edition to another.

Contractor-listed active work

Ras El Hekma basement works

CCC’s own Active project view includes Ras El Hekma basement works in its Egypt list.

This is CCC’s classification, not an independent site inspection. Its entry does not identify Phase 1A or Area 2, define a boundary or confirm completion.

When you use the map

Read it alongside the separate Rowad and WTD descriptions, while keeping the different scope wording visible.

Connect the number to your actual home.

  1. Ask for the exact collection and home code in your own document.
  2. Ask which work package serves that home, and for the drawing that shows the relationship.
  3. Check the document date and revision before comparing a plan or number.
  4. Ask separately about handover, working utilities and permission to use shared facilities.
