These contractor publications use different client or developer names. The guide keeps their wording separately; it does not decide whether they are the same legal company.
Before using a quote, match the exact project, home reference, seller company, payment recipient and delivery responsibilities across its documents. A city-wide partnership list cannot answer these home-specific questions.
