RAS EL HEKMA GUIDE · CITY DELIVERY
What is ready, and where?
A road can be complete while a hotel is still preparing to open. A school serving local families does not automatically serve a new resort. Read each update with its date and place.

01 / WHEN EACH REPORT WAS PUBLISHED
Dates are not delivery promises.
The diagram separates three areas. The colours describe what the source reported. They do not measure how much of the city is finished.
This is a timeline, not a map. The guide has no accepted entrance coordinates for these subjects. Find the city’s geographic context in the coastal locator, and Modon’s intended divisions in the city plan reader.
The government reported completed infrastructure and roads in several alternative-housing sectors, plus electrical works and street lighting in urgent phases.
How to read this
This concerns housing for local families. It does not describe the roads or home connections inside Wadi Yemm or Hacienda.

Which sector and address have working connections today?
The government reported that an experimental school had started operating for the 2026 academic year.
How to read this
This is a resident-service report. The article gives no school name, entrance, admissions contact or eligibility rules. It does not establish a school serving Wadi buyers.
Ask next
What is the school’s name, who can enrol, and which year groups are open?
The transport minister inspected construction and finishing at Ras El Hekma station and other stations on the first high-speed line.
How to read this
The named station is useful evidence of construction. The article does not provide passenger opening, tickets, a timetable or a connection to a Wadi gate.
Ask next
Are passenger services running, and how would you travel from the station to your actual address?
The September visit reported final preparations for Portaluna’s opening, with 73 suites and seven restaurants.
How to read this
This is a named hotel report. It does not provide an accepted opening date, booking route or confirmation of its place among Wadi’s six planned hotels.
Ask next
Has the operator published an opening notice and a working reservation route?

Find the address. Then check the service.

For a family stay
Ask for a named school or clinic, its exact address and who can use it. A city plan does not explain admissions or current service hours.
Ask which services belong to your development, when they are due and what the home contract says. Nearby public works do not prove your home is connected.
These are five selected reports, not a complete directory. “Operation reported” means the government said a service had started. The guide has not directly confirmed present access, admissions, opening hours or passenger services. Unknown locations stay off the map.
The April hotel is unnamed. It is kept separate from September’s Portaluna report. No hotel identity, delay or completion rate is inferred by joining the two reports. Earlier delivery readers remain available in the September update and city desk.
Original diagram, comparisons and practical questions by Ras El Hekma Guide. Source dates remain attached to the reports; a review date does not make the facts current.
CITY LAND / READ THE APRIL REPORT
Land handover. Home handover. Two different things.
Before homes can be built, land must be transferred to the project company. A land-transfer report does not tell you that a home is finished, connected to services or ready for its buyer.
Report: 15 April 2026Guide review: 14 October 2026This is a dated record, not today’s transfer status.
Bars compare area on the same scale. Stripes mean procedures were underway. This is a chart, not a land map.
13,800 feddans
Land reported transferred
The report says this land had been officially delivered to the project company.
5,400 feddans
Further land: procedures underway
This is one of two further amounts mentioned in the report. It is not described as already delivered.
20,800 feddans
Further land: procedures underway
The report mentions this separately from the 5,400 feddans. It gives no plot-by-plot allocation.
What the numbers add up to
The three amounts add up to 40,000 feddans. The two amounts with procedures underway add up to 26,200 feddans. These are sums of the report’s figures, calculated by the guide. They are not a new city-area measurement or a construction progress rate.
A feddan is a land-area unit used in Egypt. We keep the report’s original unit. The article provides no land drawing or list of plots for these amounts. We cannot assign them to Wadi Yemm, Hacienda, a named city precinct or an individual home.
Three documents to ask about for your home
The exact plot and phase. Ask which plan identifies your home and the land it sits on.
The relevant land-transfer record. Ask whether the seller can show the transfer or development-rights record for that plot.
Your home-delivery terms. Check the promised date, utilities and usable shared facilities in your own contract.
These are questions to take to the seller and your adviser. This chart cannot verify a particular contract or title.
