City precincts, home collections and hotel names can sound like the same thing. Read how they fit together, what the sources establish and where the answer is still missing.

The gold area is Modon’s Wadi Yemm highlight. Other shapes are left as published. We do not give them invented precinct numbers or turn a visible shape into a named launch. The city diagram’s publication date is not stated; 14 October is our review date.

READ THE LEGEND / NOT A PRECINCT NUMBER

The same name can
have a different number.

The September and two October drawings use different keys. For example, the October Wadi East drawing labels Wadi West Townhouses “17”. That is a key inside Wadi, not proof of the seventeenth city precinct.

Beach Plaza, Boulevard and the other documented collections sit within Wadi. Montage and Nammos are announced destinations within Wadi. Hacienda’s city relationship is inferred from separate partner publications; its assignment to a Modon precinct is unknown.

Modon calls these city divisions precincts. This reader uses that term, rather than treating them as four equal quadrants. The June “17+ precincts & free zone” label is kept beside the public 17-precinct description, with no invented eighteenth precinct.

The cape and Hacienda reference use existing accepted geographic coordinates. Wadi’s illustration stays in Modon’s source frame because its exact geographic boundary is not verified. Matching-looking coastlines alone do not establish a surveyed overlay.

Year-only and month-only dates remain at that precision. No exact launch day is inferred from a results-reporting year. A sales announcement is not a completed-home or operating-facility certificate.

Other precinct identities

The reviewed current page and city diagram do not provide a complete named register.

Individual launch status

The other sixteen are not declared definitely unannounced. Their individual status is not verified here.

Boundaries and entrances

Image positions and the Hacienda project reference do not establish parcel boundaries or working gates.

Hospitality positions

Generic hotel symbols are not assigned to Montage or Nammos without a source identifying that match.

City systems

An airport, free zone or business district is not automatically an extra launched precinct.

Older names and editions

The earlier pending-approval technical brochure and undated concept-film labels are not promoted to current official precinct identities.

Source dates and reading method

Original plan artwork © Modon. Exact existing field-atlas source positions are reused within each edition; the whole-city design has no accepted name anchors. None of the six images has a verified geographic registration. Plan symbols and home collections are not a city precinct register. The two October brochure views have different numbering and legends. Their names are not matched to city precinct IDs or carried over from September. The fixed SVG downloads keep their default readings.

Current city description checked 14 October 2026. The city diagram keeps the original copy reviewed 28 September; its publication date is unknown. June source pages 9, 13, 18, 21, 23 and 25 were visually inspected again. The page 23 numbers identify fifteen categories of Wadi components; they are not fifteen city precincts. Current Modon announcements place Montage and Nammos in Wadi. Older record dates remain with their detailed guides.
