HEKMA / SAVED LAND AND ZONE READING

LAND / DOCUMENTS / THE CITY MAP

A zone is not
another precinct.

The city’s economic land needs its own reading. The working plan’s “Special Free Zone” label, a private service free zone and industrial land south of the city come from different records. Their names do not establish one shared parcel.

The original drawing places this name on a closed shape. The guide can show that source shape.

Still unknown: It is not verified as the same boundary as either government zone below. The working name is not an extra city precinct.

A 2024 government decision

Private service free zone

17.08 million m²

Decision text reviewed

The decision approves a private service free zone under the Ras El Hekma light-industries and services company.

Still unknown: The attached map and coordinate table have not been inspected here. This does not establish the zone’s location, today’s tenants or an individual homeowner’s tax treatment.

A 2026 land-allocation proposal

Land south of the city

Cabinet approved a draft

The report describes proposed land for the Industrial Development Authority, for industrial, service and logistics activities south of Ras El Hekma city.

Still unknown: The report is not the issued presidential decision or its map. The guide does not convert this rounded land figure into an exact surveyed square-metre area.

Listed by the industrial authority

The authority lists an industrial zone south of Ras El Hekma city under its responsibility, citing Decision313/2026.

Still unknown: The row does not supply an inspected decree, map, tenants or operating status. A one-to-one parcel match with the June proposal is not established here.

These are separate readings.

The June government report approves a draft. The industrial authority’s register cites Decision 313/2026. The guide has not inspected the issued decree and its annex to establish a one-to-one parcel match between them.

The 17.08 million m² service-zone figure and 4,317.1-feddan proposal are kept in their stated units. They are not added, subtracted or used to claim that one zone expanded into the other.

Four questions worth keeping.

Where exactly is the industrial land?

“South of the city” is a source description. A coordinate annex and its coordinate system are needed before drawing the parcel on a geographic map.

Is it the free zone shown on Modon’s plan?

That match is not established. Similar names, related economic purposes or similar-sized figures do not prove the same parcel.

Does it add another Modon precinct?

No additional precinct is counted here. A land-allocation record and a developer’s precinct register describe different things.

Does this confirm nearby factories or truck routes?

No current factories, freight routes, construction, noise levels, employment totals or distance from a particular home are established by these records.

Dates, source scope and map method

The full State Information Service report dated 4 June 2026 was read in Arabic; item 5 establishes Cabinet approval of the land-allocation draft, its 4,317.1-feddan figure, the Industrial Development Authority and the industrial, service and logistics purposes. It does not establish completed works or the issued decree’s full terms. The separate IDA public register lists Decision 313/2026 but does not give the area in its reviewed row.

The private service-zone reading uses the official printing-office text of Cabinet Decision 29/2024, dated 7 May 2024. Its attached map and coordinate table have not been inspected. The named working shape uses the existing page-12 native drawing detail, with its original approval uncertainty and source credits. No official precinct ID, common boundary, current business eligibility or legal right for an individual home is inferred.
