HEKMA / SAVED WADI WORK-PACKAGE UPDATE

Four readings, original city diagram, relationship sheet, source differences, home checks and two exports. Reviewed 15 October 2026.

ADDED EVIDENCE / CITY → PRECINCT → WORK PACKAGE

What is being awarded.
What it tells us about the city.

A work package is one contractor’s part of a development. Its code may sound like a precinct or a home collection, but the connection needs evidence. Here are four readings with the limits kept visible.

Company announcement

Wadi Yemm M1 · DP04

Arabian Construction Company

July 2026 · publication month

What the publication says

ACC’s separate July news article identifies the same 54-villa and clubhouse package within Wadi Yemm–M1.

The villa mix is 30 five-bedroom and 24 seven-bedroom homes. The stated programme is 21 months.

What it can place on the map

The source places DP04 within Wadi. The package site and its match to a home collection remain unverified.

The article does not provide a verified start or a calendar handover date. It is not a second 54-villa award.

For your home

Does your home appear in the DP04 allocation, and what start and handover dates apply to its contract?

Company announcement

Wadi Yemm Basement · Area 2

CCC–Rowad joint venture

Company post · absolute date unverified

What the publication says

Rowad names an award for multilevel basement structures within Wadi Yemm.

The company identifies its joint venture with Consolidated Contractors Company for this scope.

What it can place on the map

The source names Wadi. It does not locate the basement on an accepted plan or identify the homes above it.

Area 2 is a work-package name. It is not the city’s second precinct or proof that buildings above it are ready.

For your home

Which buildings use this basement, and who confirms their parking and access arrangements?

Company announcement

Modon Main Substation · extension

Rowad–Elsewedy Electric TD consortium

Company post · absolute date unverified

What the publication says

Rowad also announces a separate electrical-substation extension award.

This power-infrastructure scope names a different partner group from the Wadi basement award.

What it can place on the map

No precinct, exact site or home-service area is assigned from this post.

An award does not establish that the equipment is live or that a home has permanent electricity.

For your home

Who supplies your building, and has its permanent electricity connection been approved and tested?

Press report · direct award document not reviewed

DP03 East · reported package

Innovo Build–Redcon alliance

29 September 2026 · report date

What the publication says

Daily News Egypt reports a DP03 East infrastructure and residential contract within Wadi Yemm.

It reports over EGP 12 billion, around 323,000 m² of built-up space, over 660 homes and a 21-month programme.

What it can place on the map

The press report names Wadi. DP03 East is not automatically the Wadi East home collection or an approved parcel.

The guide has not reviewed a direct client or consortium award document. The report date is not a verified signing or start date.

For your home

Which sales buildings fall inside the signed DP03 East scope, and what dated programme covers them?

AN OPEN DIFFERENCE / NOT AN EXTRA NAMED PRECINCT

Why do some sources say seventeen and others eighteen?

17

Modon current city page

Page checked 15 October 2026

The developer’s current framework; Wadi named as first launch.

18

ACC July company article

July 2026 · month only

The contractor uses a different city-wide count. It does not name an eighteenth precinct.

Source record →

The guide keeps Modon’s current seventeen-precinct framework and shows the contractor’s different wording. The sources do not explain the difference. We do not invent an eighteenth name or assume that adding a free zone resolves it.

TWO PRESS DESCRIPTIONS / NO VERIFIED CALENDAR

Eighteen months or twenty-one?

These reports do not establish an agreed start date or a contract revision.
Report dateDuration describedScope identified
2026-09-1018 monthsEarlier report: Redcon–Innovo residential and infrastructure work; eighteen months from signing. No DP03 East code. Source →
2026-09-2921 monthsLater report: DP03 East; twenty-one months. No verified construction start. Source →

The earlier story describes the consortium without the DP03 East code. The later story names DP03 East. These details do not prove the same signed scope or an amended programme. Neither report gives the guide a verified start from which to calculate your handover.

Three things to connect before relying on a package.

01 / Your home

Match its building and home number to the signed work scope. A similar sales name is not enough.

02 / Its services

Check permanent power, water, access and parking separately. A city infrastructure award does not confirm the connection to your building.

03 / Its dates

Ask for the dated programme and the delivery terms in your own agreement. Publication month and construction duration cannot replace those.

How this update fits with the earlier records

The earlier undated ACC project page stays intact. The separate July-dated company article adds a publication month for that article, not an exact award or start date. Its M1 label is a contractor description for Wadi; no complete current city precinct-ID register is established. DP04 is not counted twice.

Rowad’s public company post names two scopes with different partner groups. Its relative social-media age is not converted to a date. The post’s comments, individual profiles and job advertisements are not used as project evidence. For DP03 East, direct client or consortium documentation was not obtained; the newspaper description remains press reporting. The two September stories are not promoted to a verified revision history.

No package receives a point, polygon, sales-collection allocation or home completion date. The public city diagram remains in its original image frame. Original artwork © Modon; independent relationship reading by HEKMA. Wider detail: city overview, earlier eight work scopes, water plans and connections, supplied site films.
