Boulevard is marker 1 in the Boulevard brochure and marker 14 in the Wadi East brochure. The white dotted emphasis in the Boulevard drawing is publisher artwork, not a surveyed boundary.

The Boulevard legend combines Wadi East and West. The Wadi East legend separates them. A count of legend entries does not give the number of communities launched.
Both drawings have two entries called Country Clubhouse. The upper and lower markers are kept separately, without deciding how many buildings or memberships exist.
A collection name helps you read the illustration. For a purchase, use the exact home reference, its own dated plan and a current offer.
Both pages are undated. We do not assume one replaces the other, or copy the earlier June shoreline lines into these pictures.

Yemm Views appears as marker 3 in one legend and 2 in the other. Its marker appears beside the Natural Reserve setting in this illustration.
What to check: Ask for a named, dated release and its own home plans before relying on this collection label.

The two drawings label the same coastal setting as Natural Reserve, using different numbers.
What to check: The label does not establish public access, protected-area legal status or an open walking route.

Hotel & Resorts is repeated at five visible marker positions in each illustration. Repeated markers are not a verified hotel inventory. The drawing does not assign a brand to each marker.
What to check: Use named hotel announcements and separate opening and owner-access evidence.

The Sports Facility label is inland from the Beach Plaza setting in the illustrated plan. Its number changes from 6 to 5.
What to check: Confirm the facility, opening date, membership and charges attached to your home.

The Boulevard legend says Yemm Beach Plaza Apartments; the Wadi East legend says Yemm Beach Plaza. Both retain their exact wording.
What to check: A coastal setting on a masterplan does not establish a sea view or beach access for a particular apartment.

Number 8 stays the same, but the legend changes from Beach to Pristine Beach. Two printed marker positions are shown in each drawing; the positions on the left side of the pictures differ.
What to check: Use the separate shoreline-class reader for the June drawing. Do not transfer its coast lines onto these illustrations.

Retail F&B means shops, food and drink. The number and marker position differ slightly between the two drawings.
What to check: Ask which shops or restaurants have opened and what operates outside summer.

Wadi East brochure: 9 · Natural Lagoons
The water setting on the right side of the pictures is labelled Natural Lagoons. This is a proposed-plan label, separate from the earlier shoreline classification.
What to check: Confirm swimming access, water management and the specific rights of the home.

The Yemm Links Villas marker sits beside the lower golf landscape in this illustration.
What to check: A golf-side marker is not a guaranteed view, golf membership or a launched home.

The lower Country Clubhouse entry is 12 in the Boulevard legend and 11 in the Wadi East legend. Each brochure also has a separate entry with the same name higher in the picture.

Yemm Fairways keeps marker 15 in both drawings. It appears beside the upper golf landscape.
What to check: Confirm a current named release, the exact home position and what its view description means.

Equestrian Club keeps marker 16 in both drawings, toward the inland edge of the illustrated landscape.
What to check: The drawing does not establish an open stable, riding service, booking or membership.

No shoreline, surveyed boundary, geographic location, driving route, launch order, availability or operating state is inferred. Four identical overlapping copies of each beach-marker glyph in the Wadi East PDF are read as one visible marker at each position.
