A home collection, hotel or construction package is not another city precinct.
The first launched precinct named by Modon.
These names appear in sales material or published marketing. That does not give each one a verified launch day or current stock.
Links and Views remain separate names. Lighthouse Village is not silently matched to the Iconic Lighthouse component.
Individual names, launch states and boundaries are not verified.

Modon’s public city description was checked again on 15 October 2026: seventeen precincts, with Wadi as the first launch. The guide does not have a complete approved named precinct register. “Unknown” does not mean cancelled, unsold or definitely unannounced.
The city ring uses an already accepted Wadi reading point. The three brochure plans use exact original circle centres, radii and legend labels from the retained source audit. A grouped East/West key stays grouped. Generic hotel symbols are not assigned to Montage or Nammos. Links and Views are not joined. The older Pending-Approval drawing supplies working names, not a current launch register.
The June figure “17+ precincts & free zone” remains a separate source statement. Airport, business and service systems are not added as extra residential precincts. A development relationship does not establish a matching parcel or a property’s rights.
