Compare the names before choosing a location.
The supplied colour sheet is headed “Wadi Yemm Launched Parcels”. It was shared on 25 September 2026, but its publication and revision dates are not printed. That heading does not establish today’s availability. These seven names are inside Wadi; they are not seven city precincts.

Copper rings show the selected name. For the Links comparison, blue rings also show Yemm Views so both names remain distinct. These drawings are not a geographic overlay or proof of a shared parcel identity.
A source ambiguity stays visible. September’s combined East & West key 8 appears twice, including a marker over the sea. Both original positions are retained. Neither is moved onto land or treated as the position of a home. The two October drawings use their own circles and legend numbers.

Yemm Links
Links and Views both need a careful name check.
The supplied colour key says YEMM LINKS for the large blue area. The other three drawings separately name Yemm Links Villas and Yemm Views. Both names are highlighted there so you can compare them. No rename or shared parcel identity is confirmed.
What to check: Ask for the exact collection name, dated location plan and home reference on your offer. Do not choose a location from the similar name alone.
The Beach Plaza name appears in all four drawings.
The colour sheet uses BEACH PLAZA. September and Wadi East say Yemm Beach Plaza; the Boulevard legend says Yemm Beach Plaza Apartments. The matching words do not establish an identical boundary, a particular sea view or current inventory.
What to check: Which building and home reference are offered, and how does its dated plan describe the view and beach access?
The sheet names BOULEVARD. The brochure labels are Yemm Boulevard Apartments, at keys 12, 1 and 14. Those keys belong to the individual drawings. June’s separate The Boulevard component describes a street setting, not a new home parcel.
What to check: Check the home collection and building reference separately from the street, retail and club facilities.
An individual East area is not the combined East & West key.
The colour sheet gives WADI EAST its own red area. September and Boulevard combine East & West under one legend entry; the Wadi East brochure separates East at 1 from West at 17. September’s combined key 8 appears twice, including a position over the sea. Both source positions are retained without reading them as home sites.
What to check: Does the offer name East or West, and can the exact home be identified on that same dated plan?
The green area is WADI WEST. The first two brochure legends combine East & West, while the Wadi East brochure labels Wadi West Townhouses separately at 17. A combined marker is not an individual West allocation. The September combined key 8 is repeated, including an over-sea position; neither is moved or treated as a home location.
What to check: Confirm the individual West release, home type and exact allocation; a combined brochure key cannot answer those questions.
The colour sheet names residences, not an entire resort boundary.
Montage Residences is printed beside the pink colour. The three generic brochure legends do not name Montage, so no generic hotel circle is assigned to it. The named hospitality announcement and this sales illustration answer different questions; the illustration is not a surveyed resort site or an owner-services agreement.
What to check: Which residence collection and service terms apply to the exact home, and which dated approved plan locates it?
Lighthouse Village is not June’s Iconic Lighthouse label.
The colour key names Lighthouse Village beside the purple area. The three brochure legends do not list that name. June separately lists Iconic Lighthouse as a planned component. No identity, current release, brand, price or cancellation is inferred between these different labels.
What to check: Ask what product is offered under this name, its approved location plan and the exact dated price and delivery terms.
All 49 printed legend entries and 67 visible source circles are retained. These are illustration records, not counts of homes, buildings, hotels, launches or city precincts.

Dates, source artwork and map limits
The colour image is preserved in full, with its original names and colours. Its attribution follows the supplied Modon sales archive; the image itself does not print a separate publisher signature, publication date or revision. The attachment date establishes when it was shared, not approval, release history or present stock. No participant, private message or unit-specific offer is reproduced.
The September view is the complete generic masterplan page already used in the guide. Its circles were read from the native PDF curves and contained number text, then mapped into that exact full-page image frame. Only the generic page is used. The October views retain their own previously verified source circles. No source marker, shoreline or coloured area is copied to a different drawing or satellite map. Guide viewing windows do not trace parcel outlines.
